Do we charge fees?
- Is travel insurance required?
Travel insurance is not required, but it is highly encouraged. Travel insurance can cover you for many types of emergency situations, and there are multiple plan types to get you covered for what you need. An emergency could happen at any point in time and you could lose the funds that you put towards your trip. Ask us today how travel insurance can benefit you!
- What do I need to get started?
All you need to get started is a goal, a budget, and a time to schedule a consult call! During your consult call one of your agents will begin building your trip profile with your trip dates, budget, inspiration, and destination. From here, your agent will either book your reservations, or begin working on your itinerary. Please keep your eyes peeled for any communication attempts from your agent to gain clarification on details about your trip. Once your itinerary has been built, your agent will send you your proposal. Simple as that!
- Will I pay more if I use a travel agent?
No! You may actually end up paying less since travel agents have access to insider perks and promos. Your travel agent will communicate directly with your trip supplier (hotel, cruise line, destination resort, etc.) and your supplier will pay your travel agent a percentage of your booking cost.
- What's the turnaround time for my proposal?
Stamp & Compass is a team of dedicated professionals committed to getting you traveling as soon as possible. We try to have proposals submitted to our client within 72 hours of your consultation, but may take up to 3-5 business days depending on the complexity of your trip.
